Shipping

I will ship any in-stock item within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. Please allow 2-3 weeks before shipment for any made-to-order items.

I will ship via FEDEX or USPS depending on on item and destination, but if you have a preference you may specify at checkout.

The customer assumes responsibility for additional charges on rejected packages.

Returns

All sales are final. Since all products are made by hand, please understand that each piece may vary slightly in shape, color, and glaze. If you are truly unhappy about an order you have received, please contact me within 7 days with photographs and a description of the complaint.

If I decide to allow a return and/or exchange, customers will be responsible for shipping the return package and the exchanged product.

Due to the delicate nature of ceramics, I cannot be responsible for broken items after the first week. However, if a product breaks within the first seven days, it was likely damaged in shipping

If a package is damaged in shipping, immediately photograph the package and the broken piece(s) and contact me within 48 hours. A replacement will be sent ASAP.
